A so called NGO publish A so called report

It is about "Human rights watch" organisation which is not a non government one.

The so called organisation has recently published a "report" on human rights situation in Morocco which has nothing to do with a "report".

The "report" of "Human Rights Watch" lacks any form of professionalism, impartiality, neutrality and objectivity. It is closer to an opinion article rather than an analytical report based on data and statistics.

⦁ The HRW "report", in no way, respected the ethical procedures in the drafting of human rights reports and resorts to an irresponsible pun that hides other aims unrelated to the subjects appearing in this report.

⦁ The report is characterized by amateurism which confuses without providing new elements on the human rights situation.

⦁ The report pointed the finger at Morocco by accusing it without giving any evidence and by gratuitously and with spite, undermining its institutions.

⦁ "Human Rights Watch" avoided to mention the reforms and new entities set up, many years ago, by Morocco to improve the quality of service in several sectors, particularly in human rights.

⦁ By choosing the celebration of the Throne Day as the timing for the publication of this report, it seems clear that HRW has bad intentions hidden behind this choice.

⦁ HRW has tried to distort the true image of Morocco which has gone through several years in the development of several sectors, in particular that of human rights, through the creation of new entities and the reform of several laws.

⦁ The HRW report has only re-examined old cases, in a random way to try to illustrate its allegations, by blaming the institutions of security, justice, legislation and other, without giving any proof.

At this point, HRW must know that :

⦁The reform of the judicial system in Morocco is a project that has been started since the adoption of the 2011 Constitution. It is about the independence of the judiciary which has now become an achievement. In addition, the implementation of the fundamental principles of digital justice is one of the pillars of the comprehensive and in-depth reform of the judicial system.

⦁ The national action plan for democracy and human rights (PANDDH) aims to consolidate the process of political reform, to institutionalize the protection and promotion of human rights and to encourage initiatives contributing to the emergence of a participatory democracy.

⦁ The PANDDH was developed as part of the political reforms and voluntary openness experienced by Morocco since the 1990s. Thus after the creation of the Equity and Reconciliation Commission (IER) which made it possible to read the past and to extract lessons from it to guarantee the non-repetition of violations.

⦁ Within the framework of this plan, cooperation between Morocco and the Council of Europe in the field of media has been ongoing for some years and the project will build on the results obtained by previous projects such as the partnership 2018-2021 signed between the Council of Europe and the Kingdom of Morocco in 2018, and will continue to operate on a demand-driven basis.

⦁ The General Directorate of National Security has recently drawn up an action plan aimed at humanizing the places of custody and detention of minors. This plan, which is supported by field visits, focused on monitoring compliance with international standards for the treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest and management of the places of their custody, by ensuring that have available the registers and other documents and audiovisual recording materials of what takes place in the aforementioned places, in addition to the supply of blankets, the guarantee of access to drinking water and healthy food, while respecting safety and hygiene measures and facilitating contact between the persons concerned and their lawyers.

Redaction of the "report"

From another perspective, the author of the HRW report, Goldstein, has, at no time in his thirty-year career with HRW, positively singled out the Kingdom, despite the Herculean efforts made by the country, especially during the past 20 years. His anti-Moroccan activism is all the more blatant in that he fossilized his rhetoric towards the kingdom, while the latter was quietly advancing to development.

His pairs within HRW, when they write an official statement on behalf of the NGO, do not hesitate to explicitly attribute to him (Goldstein) certain defamatory passages as they are subjective, in order to clear themselves of the villainy of the man with regard to everything that represents Morocco.

Financing

The question is why are we always forgetting to talk about the financing of these organisations and their real objectives. Are they really about human rights?

The financing of "Human Rights Watch" has always been questionable and questioned. The parties that finance this NGO constitute an invisible hand that manipulates international opinion in favor of a specific international agenda.

It is worth noting that the few journalists and researchers who have tried to unveil the opacity of the funding of these organisations have been called "sold out", or suspected of collusion with intelligence services when they have not been accused of corruption for having tried to break the silence around the construction of an international megastructure, built for 40 years by the American billionaire George Soros.

It is really hard to find connection between these so called NOGs and their real mentor.

The links are well organised and well hidden but at the end such reports unveils who they really are and what they really want.
